Hello Bethesda family!
January is traditionally out kickoff month! We're getting so excited for Luther Dell and Workcamp this summer, and as we move into February, we're already well underway with fundraising, registration, and planning. As these events are such a big part of the youth experience at Bethesda, we're so thankful for a congregation that supports these efforts with prayers, financial aid and kind works. Thinking summer already!

30 Hour Famine Tentative Schedule February 24 and 25, 2012
Friday 12noon - begin fasting, last meal is lunch 6-9pm Friday - 8th grade Confirmation service planning retureat Saturday 10:0am arrive at Bethesda for retreat 1:30-4:30pm - Heading to Feed My Starving Children in Eagan 5:00pm - feast 6:00 pm - head home
- Monday, February 6 - Panda Express 4pm - 8pm - 20% will be donated with flyer - Friday, February 24 8TH GRADE ONLY CONFIRMATION PLANNING RETREAT 6-9PM. - Saturday, February 25 30 hour Famine Retreat 10am - 6pm(looking for volunteers for the feast) Thursday, March 1st - Workcamp Scholarship request forms due Saturday, March 3 - Annual ski trip to Afton Alps, Sign up on the youth board. Permission slip and payment due Sunday, February 26. - Monday, March 5 Workcamp fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings - 20% will be donated with flyer
